1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrecisePack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

PrecisePack is a packing optimization and shipping management platform that provides:

  • AI-powered 3D bin packing and box recommendation
  • Multi-carrier rate shopping (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Shipping label purchasing
  • SKU and product dimension management
  • Order source integration
  • Shipment history and tracking

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use PrecisePack. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Pricing: PrecisePack offers monthly subscription plans as listed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • Free Trial: The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful code or malware

6. Carrier & Third-Party Services

PrecisePack integrates with third-party services including shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS/Stamps.com), order management platforms (SellerCloud, ShipStation), and address validation services (Google). Your use of these services through PrecisePack is subject to each provider's own terms and conditions. PrecisePack is not responsible for the pricing, availability, or performance of third-party services.

7. Shipping Labels & Rates

Shipping rates displayed in PrecisePack are real-time quotes from carriers based on the information you provide. Actual charges may vary based on carrier adjustments, address corrections, or package audits. PrecisePack does not guarantee the accuracy of carrier rates or delivery times. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred through your carrier accounts.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into PrecisePack, including order data, product information, and SKU mappings. PrecisePack has a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Intellectual Property

PrecisePack, including its algorithms, software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PrecisePack and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisePack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

PrecisePack's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PrecisePack does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that packing recommendations will be optimal in all circumstances.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
